A Thousand Times For You

I’ve fallen, like autumn’s leaves, a thousand times for you.
Merciless breezes dragging me across dusty pavement,
but I take this torture gladly.
It is my plight, to be swept into to death
by the traffic of life.
I am she, who suffers happily.
For true to my nature, I must love.
My spirit knows not the pain of loss,
but is always reborn with each autumn breeze.
